That is a young Fomitopsis pinicola. It "cryes" because there is too much moisture in it, and water has to come out. The name of the phenomenon is guttation.

This winter has been like a rollercoaster in Finland. Rain, frost, snow, rain and always gray... Even magpies hate the weather. Originally, I was shooting something else (without any luck), and this one came to the roof of a barn about 50 meters from my position. It looked so lonely so I had to take a shot...

For hunting. You can see the arrow and hitpoint better. And if the prey runs little bit, finding is easier.
