X-post with BW film thread. Hiking on the Oregon Dunes this winter.
Pentax 67, 67 55/4, Y2 Yellow filter, Sunny 16 Rule and trying out Rollei Retro 80S film for the first time. I need more experience with it that's for sure.

Very nice lightning shot Thomas. I can tell you from 23 years of lightning shooting with 6x7 that it is a dangerous business. Just when you think you have it figured out, you get blasted by a close bolt that was totally unpredictable. This has happened to me twice over the years and now I shoot with longer glass than in my early years.

Bokeh with the 120mm FA. I have seen comments that acknowledge the sharpness of the 120, but consider the bokeh somewhat harsh. Here is an example I consider lovely. No PS other than curves and a bit of vibrance, this is how this tree (Japanese Maple?) looks.

I wonder if an A35 could somehow be cobbled together to make at least a tilt lens with a little shift given that doesn't have cover the entire 60 x 45mm (56 x 41.5mm) frame but should be able to cover the 645D or Z frame (44 x 33mm). Just wondrin'

In the 2016 calender from National Geographic an image of mine I made with the 645D is making the page of januari 15th. I think this is just for thč Dutch and Belgium market.

Hi Gavin,
I don't understand the flaming at all. It was 3 cameras that you had in hand, a comparative image review using real world images. How is that any different from the sh!t that Steve Huff puts on his site, or Luminous Landscape or others that people always give the highest fluffiest praise to?
Other than actual tripod shots of a set up test doll scene like Diglloyd does, what do people want? You took a few images and put them up.
I think the review was ok as it compares them well. How cares that one is 18mp, one 36 and one 50, not me. Plenty of pros who read that would have 1Dx's and would value a direct comparison.
People need to get over it, and most probably even don't own any of the 2 SLRs, let alone the Z.
Edit: I was not saying that LL posts crap images, or Huffs site, more a reference to the fact that if people are flaming this review or inaccuracy, then the shots on Huffs and others could also be seen in the same light, heck LL doesn't even put up full size crops on most occasions. But LL has other good qualities to their writing and many years of experience that provides a trusted opinion.
