Notes: This camera is an indestructible brick. I purchased it new in 1989. The top and bottom plates are "pot metal." Both exhibit magnetic attraction, although the bottom exhibits much more than the top. The flash shoe brackets are made from the same material. Someone might conclude the top plate is plastic, but it's metal and responds to ambient temperature fluctuations.
