Dear marcusBMG: Thank you so much for the suggestion, I will look for it. I was looking for some cheap option for 300mm reach. I read user reviews which are positive, hence enthusiastically bought without studying the mount first.

Actually I canceled the transaction after reading your opinions here. I really thank the seller gmcamera in ebay. I will once again look for 300mm lens for pentax.

Dear all,
I need your help.
After reading review about Promaster 60-300, without knowing about there are other mounts as well, I just got it recently for $50.
Here is the two photos of the lens.
I would like to use it on Pentax K3. Can you please suggest me some cheap solution. Thank you so much in advance.

I came to know about Vintage Lenses and more particularly I fell in love with Takumar Lenses. I am collecting all versions of Takumar Lenses. My first Takumar lens is 135mm f2.5 Six element Version. I wanted to add the review. Since I am new to this forum as a posting new thread, before adding my review, I have to post some other thread.
Since I am going to use the Takumar lenses for Video purposes, I have cropped the images in Cinemascope Ratio. Thank you for the Pentax forums where I came to know good things about these 40 year old lenses.
Here comes my initial photos shot yesterday.
