Also interested in how much shipping would be (to CT).
I've been successfully holding off my LBA for a while now, with intentions to save up for a FF mirrorless, but as I recently lost a copy of this lens off the side of a cliff (yeah...), I don't think this counts as LBA. :)

Do you autofocus or manually focus?

This looks like a great deal!
Love my screwdrive 16-50, and might bite on the 50-135 if this gets to the individual listing stage (seems unlikely!).

Would you consider selling the eye-fi separately, and if so, for how much? Thanks.

No flash makes this tough! A polarizing filter would normally help darken the sky, but they don't work pointed directly at the sun. This might be one of those rare instances where it is 'ok' to use your on-camera popup flash.

I actually find the low light performance of the K-30 to be quite good - certainly a step up from my K-x (which was also quite good)!
I shoot up to iso 800 without second thought, don't mind using up to 3200 on a regular basis, and can get some usable results from 6400 (with noise reduction in post-processing).
As you said, it helps to use lenses with a large maximum aperture (f2.8 or less), as small f-stops mean that the lens lets in a lot of light.

I'm trying - really hard - to convince myself that the 50-135 would make a good graduation present to myself.... :D
Could you please post a 100% pic from the 50-135? Thanks.

UncleVanya, I just realized that I was using my K-x at the time (I thought I had been using my K-30). So please ignore my earlier post. Sorry!

Also if manual focus is acceptable, you could consider buying a Pentax Q series camera (~$200) and K-mount adapter (~$200), and enjoy the resulting 5.5x focal length multiplier on your existing 50-135 (3.7x compared to Pentax DSLRs --> the 50-135 on the Q would be equivalent to a manual focus 183-495mm f2.8 on your DSLR).
Sensor quality would probably suffer (significantly?) compared to your current camera, however. https://www.pentaxforums.com/reviews/pentax-k-mount-to-q-adapter/telephoto-tests.html
Food for thought. :)

If you have an unlimited budget, it might be possible to buy a Sigma 120-300mm f2.8 in Canon/Nikon mount and then have Sigma convert it to Pentax mount. (The "downsized" lens SpecialK and Adam mentioned above.)
You would have to talk to a Sigma representative to see if this is possible, however, as the lens is not offered in Pentax K-mount to begin with.
Lens: SIGMA 120-300mm F2.8 DG OS HSM | Sport - Telephoto Zoom Lenses - SigmaPhoto.com ($3600 on Amazon.... Yikes!)
Mount conversion: Change Your Mind? Change Your Mount. Sigma Corporation of America (another $250 + shipping)
Edit: was looking through the info on the Sigma mount conversion and came across this: "*Subject to mount, parts and service availability. Not all products are available in Pentax and/or Sony Mounts. Please check the specific product page to check availability in those mounts." So, you probably could not do the conversion (still wouldn't hurt to check with a Sigma representative if it's in your budget - it's definitely not in mine).
