The Leaf Roller is very Common Spider down-under, I do personally enjoy your work I will not got to Criticise it because of the colouring attended in the finish product the colouring comes from what you see at the time of taking the photograph. The Colouring of the Eucalypts this side of the EQ, Varies considerably to that of the Northern Climbs;

I use one of these Lenses but I use it mainly for short back drop Landscapes I like the effect you have got here in this shot:

Yes I've just discovered the Forum, I enjoy my Bushland Photography I am a nature photographer, my main subjects are Wild flower, Insect, Macro and bird work which I've just got into, I am looking at present for a long lens to do Bird work with, my current consideration is the Sigma 150 x 500 or the Tamron 150 x 600, has any body got any user experience with either of these or other lenses of a similar description.
