Nice shots everyone!
My DA* 300mm came yesterday and I've been practicing, I need it!
Only handheld so far, and cropped.
I have a Tamron 1.4x TC coming soon.

I hear words like amateur, beginner, and novice to describe people like me who are only embarking on a journey into photography. I do not have specific advice or tips at this point to share, but instead a truth I have told myself. Every photographer starts somewhere. Find something that speaks to you and capture it, whether it be Mother Nature, a stunning creation, or the beauty of people. Photographs unlock artistic vision and passion for cementing what makes us who we are as individuals.

I like using her K-x ok, but I really miss the dual control dials that my K10D has, it'll be nice to have them on her camera now.
I wanted to get her a K3 or K3 II, but I think that'll be my next camera, I'm thinking there should be a price drop pretty soon when Pentax releases it's next model.

On the Flickr page, view the image that you want to share. Click the arrow to get the various links to share. Click on "BBCode" and select the size you want. (1024 is good, usually.) What you need to do is run an Android emulator on your laptop, and then run the Android app within that emulator. As far as I can tell, the K-S2 doesn't use HTML to communicate with mobile devices (unlike the Flu-card), so opening a browser won't be enough. I'm not familiar with Android emulators, but considering that multi-core laptops have far more processing power than smartphones, if the emulator is any good, the experience should be better than using a smartphone. Here is a link to various emulators that I found.

Nice shots. I really like the building, neat place and it shows off the resolution of the K-S2- and also your Promaster lens is crazy sharp!
