Tried it but find it not really necessary for my use, BW only, in my jig I prefer a simple ES plus ambient light, everything rock steady, pixel shift it's useful sure, but I could already see the grain perfectly clean and BW won't benefit much from the true color benefits PS gives, but will give bigger files, not necessary imo, for archival work, sure or if I wanted the best possible reproductions, more then what I can see, sure, don't find it worth the hassle

For video sure, unreliable, for stills.. AFS is pretty instantaneous and AFC specially in the latest models very workable, not bad at all.

And a local event, a traditional race with old boats, these are called "Moliceiros" they were used, to carry seagrass and algae to be used in agriculture, at my city these boats were a bit tweaked and converted to tourism, these photos are from a smaller place north from me, and these ones are still original ones. None, some Images look better in one format, some in another, sometimes have to think in the way they will be seen, or how will be printed, where they will fit, sometimes 4:3 is just perfect, others 16:9, last time I published in a magazine I had a requirement of 1:1 and had to rework a bit the images I wanted to make them work in that format, for me it's always a per image decision, lately I shot mostly in 4:3 and crop has needed, or not.

A few photos from 2018 vacations, stayed "home", I mean at my own country, having lived abroad knowing a good bit of northern Europe, I never did once visited the south of my country, and now that I did I see what I was missing, this may sound to you has nationalism but I did have a wonderful time in our Algarve and Alentejo regions. Love the GX80, offers so much for so little, pitty it doesn't have the multi shot average I had in the K1 used to use it a lot in place of nd filters.

Shouldn't the camera come with a warranty after repair? After the initial repair in my mind and pretty sure the law around here enforces it, the camera should have come in good conditions, if not, the camera was not properly repaired and the repair service should shoulder the costs to repair it properly.

Op is asking for portraiture, he "can't" go that low, (1/20), in one of the videos of the Pana G9 (3 Man Blind), the Panasonic guy said that most cameras theses days automatically disable SR when they are stable enough for a period of time, how this translates exactly no idea, personally I wouldn't bother turning SR off with monopod

Well I have exactly the opposite problem, too much sunny weather this year, I can't say I'm tired of a pristine blue sky, but could use a bit of clouds, that and huge negative impact this is having specially in agriculture.

Thank you, it is worked a bit in post.. the place is at the bottom of a small valley, deep in tree shade, the light is actually a bit weird for this time of the year, extremely good weather, but also a extreme drought with it.... and wildfires

EM5 MII if you really want the fully articulated screen, em10 II,III, looses some features, but still gets good images and what I personally find important, access to a good system (M4/3) plenty of lenses with frequent updates, 3rd party and native lights.
Personally I went with a GX80, and I love it, don't really care about the 4k video, the 4k shooting modes.., I usually don't care about this kind of stuff, but since starting using it it's pretty useful in some situations. The AFC and tracking it's actually usable not bad really, no d500 obviously but usable, good buffer 41raw+fine with my SD extreme cards, and a excellent mobile app. Granted anatomically I'm pretty close to a perfect fit, right eye, no glasses, average to long fingers, this becomes kind important because of the ragefinder style, AF selection points, small viewfinder, not a problem for me, but can be for some.
Either way, it's all good.

Pana GX 80, at Caramulo Motorfestival 2017, I was press at this event, and first time I used the GX80 on this kind of event, took it has B camera, ended up being the one I used more.
AF for stills, even afc + tracking works quite nicely, thinking on getting a 2nd m43 body and go full m43.
