You know what, "it probably is decentered" is a fact with every single lens ever produced that isn't designed for military or outer-space use. As such, I have purchased 387 lenses over the past seven years because upon testing I have found every one of them to be slightly decentered when blown up to 500x. This is really disturbing. It has prevented me from going on a real photo shoot for the past seven years. Besides that, I'm frustrated that there are no good lenses out there.
Actually, seriously, you need to watch closely when you're looking at UWA zooms because they are very difficult to get right even for very normal viewing and printing purposes (some of us use mundane real-world standards). One particular brand that specializes in extreme WA AF zooms such as 8-16 for crop and 12-24 for FF - but shall otherwise remain unnamed - is especially challenged in getting these optics centered properly (but, hey, they put in nearly silent motors that actual stand up to rigorous use). So, yes, you need to check things out, especially if you have an extreme lens. Otherwise, pixel peeping is simply an exercise in frustration - hence the vulgar but appropriately assigned term for it relating to, umm, down under.

Most of the people who have been here a while get it with some exceptions. Then we get someone who posts something and it turns into a 15 page thread...
I just don't participate in those threads for the most part.

No! FF is a frivolous distraction from more important APS-C development.

Just came back from the Culver City Costco. They're stopping in a couple of weeks as well. This is a sad day. I don't know if the hot dogs will taste the same!

I'm just being silly, but I would love to see the Sony E/FE mount devotees go sub-atomic if Ricoh actually bought the Sony camera division to shut it down...

I've had mine for a year or so now......I'm not a big user of tripods.....but have found this one small enough to have with me when I think I might get some use out of it......quite satisfied......even use it in the surf from time to time:

You know, from the standpoint of the GR community, I am probably a heretic. I use the GR for intimate still life images, usually close ups and details of the natural world, and only rarely black and white. I don't have a very good eye for street photography, and honestly, I'd rather be in the woods.
I compose as if I am shooting film. I take my time with the singular goal of capturing exactly what is in front of me, with no thought of how I might improve the shot with software. The GR has proven to be perfect for the way I use a camera. I couldn't ask for more.

Actually over the weekend I went to my local camera store and they were having a camera event with reps from different brands there. Ricoh was there and they had many lenses out, new k3II, 645z and lenses, etc...
I had my k3 with me and started talking to the rep and staff. We ended up talking about the Q and how great it is and I showed some of the photos to the rep. They asked if they could get a few as they were the best Q photos they had seen. I recommended they check the Q thread here for amazing photos by many people haha.
Sure enough they sent them to Ricoh and they posted them today.
I'm just happy I got to test out a 645z and also "forced" me into buying a FA 31 ltd lens.

I had a chance to play with an older Lumix GX1. It has an external EVF attachment. I have to admit that it's pretty snazzy. The camera has a 14-45mm zoom lens. IQ is very good! The menus were a little confusing to me since I didn't know them but i found all the technical features I was looking for. Here's a quick sample of a dusty Supergirl busy on my shelf. The shot was taken hand held.

I am genuinely impressed! The image was processed in Capture One. Capture One has a pre-programmed response curve for the GX1 and the result was nice. I deactivated the pre-programmed response curve so I can build my own in the hopes of figuring out what goes on under the hood. This is known as a Linear Response and it produces flat and muted images. I was surprised that the histogram shifted down to the shadows by what seemed like -1 when I went to the Linear Response. Maybe the GX1 purposefully underexposed to retain highlights with the idea that shadows can always be brought up. Once highlights are lost then they are lost forever. I massaged the histogram and the picture came to life.
My K-3 would have produced a larger image with more detail but I don't think the extra detail would provide additional value. Unfortunately, the sun went down before I could pull out my K-3 and Q7 for a comparison. However, I can understand why u4/3 has such a strong following. So, I buckled and surrendered to desire and placed an order for the M10 yesterday. Let's see how it works out!

Okay, perhaps I might be being a bit generous by calling this a "review", but the truth is, I'm not overly concerned about the technical specs of the Q(7, in my case) compared to other roughly comparable cameras. I just love this camera, and it has been a joy to have and use ever since I bought it. Gullwing Photography: Pentax Q retrospective
And a lot of photos. Just tried to pick a wide variety to show the kinds of things the Q is capable of.
Amazing camera. I quite often now prefer to use the Q rather than my K3. And for any photographer who looks like they might be stagnating or stuck in a creative rut, I always suggest they try the Q, as it can bring a fresh new perspective, in my opinion.
