that not necessary true. it seems that this intervalometer uses 3.5mm jack (as probably most of them). the thing is that 3.5mm does not fit into k7. maybe using an 2.5mm adapter would solve it - don't know.
have you received yours, did you try with any adapters?

Hi,
99 limit for time-lapse in K7 sucks big time. at this moment as i understand there is only one option - get an external intervalometer. there are some threads about this topic, but none of them gave me a direct answer.
the particular one caught my eye: Timer Remote Cord for Pentax K20D K10D K200D K100D *ist - eBay (item 330346787168 end time Jan-18-10 21:20:30 PST)
i know that it can do unlimited actuations, the only question is - will it work with K7? i personally don't see a reason why it shouldn't, but unfortunately i got a response from one of ebay sellers that it would not work. he probably is simply referencing a list of models provider earlier by manufacturer, but just to make certain - will this remote work properly? does anyone have any experience with it?
thanks in advance

wouldn't agree to that. i was using ownuser battery grip with my k100d for few years and didn't have an issue with that.

in Lithuania it is atleast 460USD cheaper and no additional taxes, which will add additional 25proc.

indeed very nice shot. and i could not agree more - live view is quite a practical feature. the other question is its implementation on different cameras. for example oly e410 has a very nicely working live view - fast, precise.
What i really would like is more manufacturers (well actually only Pentax) to go for a swivel display (similar to sony A300). damn i remember what nice angles i was able to do with my old canon s1 without getting my lazy ass on the ground :)

i don't see a reason why you should not look into either pentax 18-250 or equal tamron. sure it is not a huge performer, but nothing can beat it when you are sightseeing - one body, one lens, no fuss :)
