A quite rare in these years snowfall (29 cm) on Piacenza (Italy), the subject is an old Astronomical Observatory located in the park of Collegio Alberoni.

I was quiet on the Hills of The Apennines, above me a starred sky, while down there, towards the Alps there was a series of storms with lightnings and thunders. I Post three of the several photos I took that night.

The northern corridor of Collegio Alberoni (century XVIII - Piacenza - Italy), first floor.
The bright sunlight near to the winter solstice has had the power of giving this special illumination to the neoclassic corridor of the Alberoni's Seminary.

:lol: Kerrowdown, as you probably know, photographers (and farmers, usually) can be teleported o can walk over the snow like Legolas ;) ... on the contrary, footprints and tracks are part of the original project of the photo for changing the usual habit of photographing the untouched snows over which farmers and photographers float :)

The photo has been modified, among other things, in the white balance, it could be too much red, but the original was too much blue...
