Exactly what I suspected, expect for the prevalency of their availability. Thanks everyone.

I was searching to find a .pdf download of my K-5's owner's manual and came across this posting on walmart.com. The price would make this lens seem ridiculous, but, just in case this is a hidden gem, has anyone tried this lens? If so, what did you think? I can't seem to get that website to talk about the US. I'll drop them a line.

Precisely what I'm looking for! Thanks! ---------- Post added 04-05-2018 at 03:49 PM ----------
I'll give this a try and when my "all-thumbs, all-the-time" hand/eye coordination screws things up, I'll look "down under." Thanks!

I had a JJC FB-4 that I used to power my AF-540 FGZ. It worked wonderfully, but the strain relief on the body has given way. I'm sure I can just put electrical tape over things, but I'd prefer to find a replacement. I've tried one online seller who had to refund my purchase because they didn't have the TR Power Pack-3 and no one else that I've seen has that genuine (or counterfeit?) Pentax item. I've found lots of JJC FB listings, but none for the FB-4 for the Pentax. Does anyone know if there is a seller out there who has either of these items?
In the alternative, any ideas how to fix the strain relief? How about adapting one of the other JJC FBs using the connector from my current power pack?
Thanks in advance!

it's an exercise in seeing in b&w.
And thanks. That's exactly what I'm looking for.

On my K-100d, shooting in B&W was as easy as picking the b&w filter and shooting. What am I missing in trying to find the same functionality on my K-5? Any suggestions?

I think I've read every thread here about waterproof/water resistance of the K-5 with the correct lenses to make it very resistant to water infiltration. Maybe I'm dense, but I still don't know how to handle this situation:
I work for a YMCA that recently installed a water slide in one of its facilities. I'd like to get some action shots at the bottom to print up and display around the aquatics area. (I won't be taking it down the slide...unless you folks think I could do so without damaging the rig).
I am using a K-5 with a Tamron 70-300 f/4-5.6 lens. I'll be standing at the edge of a second pool separated from the splashdown zone in about 4 feet of water, probably resting the camera on the deck for support. I will not be submerging it (at least I hope I won't be!) and will be carrying it over my head when moving in the pool. (Think of the guys in Vietnam with their rifles over their heads while walking through rivers.)
I have an OpTech rain sleeve and will be pretty much out of the splash area (unless some 300 pounder comes roaring down, in which case I might get some stray drops). Do I need the sleeve or is that overkill? Do I need something more? Plexiglass shield perhaps?
Thanks in advance!

Update: I don't think this will help since there already is a spring there. (Can you tell I didn't take things apart before replying?)

I am using a FlashFrame to get my Pentax AF-540FGZ flash off the body of my K100d. I like this system but it has a problem that has cost me a $200 plus repair to the flash unit. The thumb screw on the hot shoe holder loosens and, when it does, the flash slips out and is suspended by the coiled hot shoe cable. Recently, the suspension allowed the flash to hit a tiled floor, leading to the repair. Does anyone have the same problem and, if so, how have you been able to correct it?
Thanks so much for your help!

Yes, bridge suspension cables. Do you think the stars in the background add or detract. I have an earlier version of this with pitch black background.
