Thanks for the response. I read the thread about searching for the budget flash and I see that some people have issues with certain functions of the non-brand flashes. I'm still doing my research and I hope I will find something pretty soon. Thanks again :)

I see that it has good reviews online, except it goes for a bit more $$ that I can afford right now. Maybe I should look for a used one.
Thanks for the response!

I'm trying to find a decent flash for my Pentax K50 but I have a tight budget (say $100). I'm having a difficult time finding one in the US and I don't really want to order from overseas. I also read that other brands will not work well with Pentax. Any suggestions? Please help.

WOW! You got a great deal. I paid $550 for mine and it was a floor model with 800 shutter count. I guess I didn't do a great research while hunting for mine. Please update me on the Tokina lens :)

Great pictures! I love your style, especially pictures 2,3, and 4. I'm personally not a fan of wide angle choice in picture 6, it makes me feel a bit claustrophobic. But it's just my opinion. Overall great work, and I'm sure some of those pictures will go in a frame :)

Hi Spacedave!
I also decided to go with K50. I am new to SLR cameras and I enjoy working with my Pentax. I wonder where you got your kit because mine came with different lenses. I got both in WR and they are 18-55mm and 50-200mm. How do you like your Tokina lens? Did you test it yet?
