What about not being able to find out about the original photographer.
Who knows how many times these may already have changed hands, I have no wish to pass them off as my own work or to get sued for sharing them.

If I buy old slides, negatives or prints from a well known auction site, who then owns the copyright.
There are lots on the e-b** auction on a subject (Steam trains) that interests me and has for years.
What would be the legal position if I wished to share these images with others in my circle or on social network sites.

Believe it Kerrowdown London is a lonely place to live if you are over 60.
I also shoot Nikon D3200 and 35mm film as well as Pentax K5 .
Someone retired like myself would be great maybe meet once a month for a coffee and take some shots.

I bought this Lens as I already have the 18-55 Kit, 35mm f1.8 Prime, thought this would make a good addition, My photographs are pure hobby, landscape and street.
I think it will be OK for me at the price.

Just bought a Pentax Z-70 with Pentax 28-200 zoom Lens 1L3,8-5.6 IF&AL for use on my K5, cost £18:05p on flea bay.

My Yongnuo Yn560Tx is stuck backwards!!

Glad to hear I'm not alone in putting flash on backwards, same thing pin dropped into locking hole.
Lucky for me it was only a cheap £19.00 flash ring.
Solution was to cut off flash with hacksaw using locking ring as a guide, cutting off the head released pressure on springs and off she popped.
One lesson learned the hard way.
Good times to you all and a merry Christmas.

Thanks you guys for the welcome.
The MZ AF lenses were the reason for buying a K5 which I bought with an 18-55mm zoom which will be a just in case lens.
Bought the 35mm 2.4 DA because I like a prime for most shots.

Hi
I am a newbie to Pentax having just got a K5 and using my old MZ50 lenses which work fine, I also have a 35mm DA f2.4 which is new.
I will be asking questions which may seem basic to some, but my knowledge of digital is very basic and any help would be greatly appreciated.
So greetings to all from JMH-K5
