Are you wanting the RAW transfer ability of the Eye-Fi Mobi Pro or would just the JPG transfer ability of the Eye-Fi Mobi work for your needs?

Although you may have chosen your card option, there is some confusion about the card and the K-50.

To answer your question, yes, you can choose which pictures to transfer using the K-50. Page 228 of the K-50 manual describes this feature. The K-50 has Eye-Fi brand specific options in the Set-up menu. When configured appropriately, you choose which pictures to transfer from the Playback menu when reviewing pictures.

I have the 4GB Eye-Fi Mobi (not the Pro version) card and have used this feature before to send pictures to my phone for a quick editing and then sharing.

Looks like B&H is running a sale on some Pentax lenses:

Pentax smc DA 50mm f/1.8
$106.90
Pentax smc DA 50mm f/1.8 Lens 22177 B&H Photo Video

Pentax HD DA 55-300mm
$347.67
Pentax HD Pentax-DA 55-300mm f/4-5.8 ED WR Lens 22270 B&H Photo

Looks like there are other lenses too, I just happen to notice these off the bat. Doesn't look to be as comprehensive as the Adorama sale (18-135mm for example is still the same), but there are some to be had.

Lurker for Months, Now a Pentaxian

I researched my camera choice for months while choosing and saving. Since December, I've been the owner of a K-50! Reading these forums has been a great help in choosing and learning more about my camera and photography in general.

I've used the family DSLR (Nikon D70) before, but this has been my first opportunity to shoot outside of auto. Since December, I've put the other settings to good use.
