I just have sent the Ricoh GR to service. Hope it will be OK.
By the way, a serviceman told me about a construction problem with Ricoh GR: lens plate is attached to the camera with only two screws. When the camera is directed downwards, and there are strong vibrations, it is possible to appear decentralisation of the lens. The result could be unsharpness of one or both corners perpendicular to the axis of screws.
Mr. Stern is absolutely right when it comes to GR sharpness. As a professional photographer whose photographs have been published in TIME, LIFE, GEO and many other magazines ( serbia-photo.com ) I can confirm that GR has excellent image sharpness.

I have got a new Ricoh GR two months ago. After testing it, my conclusion is that pictures are OK when the camera is static. But, when there are vibrations (for example, when shooting from a copter) left upper picture corner is unsharp). It seams that lens is not fixed well to the camera and it oscillates.
Is there anybody else with such experience?
I am a professional photographer and I need sharp pictures from edge to edge.
