Unfortunately the aperture motor went on my K-50 and it's just too much to get it fixed so I am selling it as is. But I did love the pictures that came from it and I am so hoping I win this one.

Anyone have any experience with a multiplier?? I'm thinking about getting a multiplier, I have a Pentax K-50. Lens is a Sigma APO DG 70-300 1:4-5.6 and a Pentax DA 50-200. Can't really afford a longer lens for wildlife and thought maybe a magnifier would be the answer. Would appreciate any knowledge or help Thanks

Hi everyone..... I'm a new member and a new K50 user. I sold my Sony Nex 5N and bought my K50. My husband has been a Pentax user for many many years and so I did some researching. He had a K7 and also a K5. He bought a K50 because no matter where we went he kept using mine. lt came today and he could not be happier. I'm sure he'll join the forums. Looking forward to taking, I hope, some great pictures with my new camera and learning whatever I can learn about photography in general. I bought the Pentax SMC DA 18-55mm ALWR and the Sigma APO DG 70-300mm 1:4-5.6. Jim had a 200mm lens that he gave me because he had 2 of them, so now my wish list is for a HUGE Lens to take pics of wild animals from far away :D Wishful thinking Took this picture today, after the rain all day, we were rewarded with this beautiful double rainbow
