Took a trip to the zoo the other day. I find that the 135/2.5 bayonet is the perfect zoo lens. While the results aren't perfect, I couldn't be happier considering I picked up this lens for a whopping $33 off ebay.

For anyone who has ordered this, just a heads up, they don't appear to be sending out emails when they ship the lens. But rest assured, it's on it's way! I ordered mine Wednesday with 2 day shipping and just got it today!

Picked up an M50/1.7 and 135/2.5 bayonet from ebay a few months ago. The M50/1.7 is a beautiful lens. The 135/2.5 doesn't have the best IQ but for $30 I can't complain too much :lol:

It's a bit more expensive but you can now purchase this lens directly from Sigma for the Pentax mount. It has been unavailable for awhile but they just started selling them again yesterday.
8-16mm F4.5-5.6 DC HSM | Sigma Corporation of America
(I'm from the US, not sure about the availability outside of the US)

Hey guys,
I emailed Sigma a few months ago about their UWA 8-16mm lens in k-mount and they told me they'd be doing another production run in mid November. They're finally available to purchase again directly from Sigma!
