The brochure states that you can save adjustment for up to 20 different lenses. There's even a screenshot showing the front/back focus adjustment.

I've been toying with this for a while too. I was using the K10D with either the 50mm 1.4 of my little 35-70 which I really like for portraits but find a little long for everyday. I was looking at some 28 A or M on eBay and finally decided on the DA 21. It will be here tomorrow and I think it will be the perfect combo for me. Of course that means selling off a few lenses to pay for it. Anyone interested in some old 50mm A and M? 80-200? Sigma 18-50?

I keep hearing about this but don't know how to set it up.
1. Does this mean that when a subject steps into focus the camera fires?
2. I guess this requires an auto-focus lens right?
Any tips would be appreciated.

I have 4 of them here at work and all I can say is excellent. I personally have the 24" model and it rocks, especially when using Aperture. I do calibrate mine with the Pantone Huey.

I just got my 50 from B&H and it was clean but came with a snap-on cap. I don't really mind as they fit nice and tight.

I'm using that button for digital preview.
Check the diaphragm lever on the 28mm-it might be stuck or broken.
It does move but the iris doesn't seem to do anything.
I'll keep trying.

I picked up an ME Super with 50 2.0M, 28 2.8M and a 135 2.8M with a pentax flash for $35.00 from a neighbor. The 28 and 135 are Image brand? Never heard of it but the 135 works and is very sharp. The issue is the 28. I give me the same photo no matter what f stop I set. I have enabled the allow aperture ring function on my K10D but it still doesn't seem to work. It works fine on the 135. By the way the pentax flash doesn't work, too bad it was a nice small one. Any advice?
