pk tether pentax k5ii

Hi
I try to connect my k5ii using pk tether on winfows 8.1 for shooting purpose but my laptop can only read it as a mass storage device,pk tether doesn't recognize my camera.i can't do anything on my k5ii while connected to laptop.
Is someone ever try k5ii (firmware 1.07) on pk tether or other tethering software?
