This is a composite photo, I captured about 60 images of aircraft arriving into SFO. The focal length stayed the same for all shots so the aircraft sizes are true to scale. I tried to keep the aircraft as close to actual position as possible without overlapping any aircraft. If this were a smaller airport I would have to sit here all day to capture this many aircraft but this is San Francisco and was taken over a 90 minute period, they are so busy.

One of my favorite views of SF, but looking straight down at the parking lot. Also, a beautiful set of stairs goes through private/public gardens if you walk towards the east from here. Christoper Columbus stands at the center looking towards the Golden Gate Bridge.

I had to look up Delta Star Inc and see what that logo was all about. These are the guys who build big coils, power transformers, and walk along a cold beach.

Why do the camera phones get all the attention! Would love to see the results from the K50. I'll have to look for one of those Astronomy Associations around the Bay area.

This shot was taken in camera using composite mode under bright setting. This feature only combines the bright pixels of each photograph taken. Each sequential photo taken has added it's lightest pixels to achieve this look. You only see the painters when they were standing in front of the columns, otherwise the water was brighter and the painters didn't appear.

Thank you Tjompen1968 that was a great video. Discovered I will need to turn off my AWB and will be looking at if the Mirror in the K-3 to see if it is moving back and forth during my time-lapse.

I had a serious problem with Fumfie. I ordered a new K3 and they guaranteed arrival by Friday. Well, they printed a shipping label on Friday. Then on Tuesday they told me it was picked up by never scanned by the UPS guy so it was lost. They said we can ship another, it will be there soon, and it is the same tracking number. And this threw up a BIG RED FLAG.
I was skeptical of Adorama but my boss told me he has ordered successfully from them.

OK, I just got my replacement in and there is a noticeable difference between the two doors. This one fits flush and has a suction feeling when opening. Very satisfied. Off to film the A380. Joy.
