Hello,
as I'm a newly registered User, and hope to find some useful Information if needed on the Forum, I thought to at least say Hello ;). As I'm often more the quiet guy, that doesn't really stand out.
And to give you a few information about me, I'm from Germany and would say "a new, old, advanced amateur". In younger years I would "often" use the old analog Camera from my father - it wasn't a Pentax, and I'm sure I had not really much Idea what I could do with it, but I had my fun and learned a few things. I even started/tried to develop/process my own analog film and photos. Later on, I used different DSLRs from friends of mine very irregular but had mostly fun with it. At some point I only used my Smartphone if I needed to take a "quick" picture - wouldn't say that a Lumia 1020 is so bad, but no doubt, there were things missing one could do and try with a DSLR. But it motivated me to finally get myself a camera and as I decided for myself a few years ago to get a Pentax, I finally bought myself a K-50 last year and started to test it at different opportunities.
My last test was in a park nearby, but better I show you an example. To tell you the truth, most pictures in this Situation, I didn't really liked or thought that they would work. So I would be happy to hear some information and tips how to make Pictures in the dark with colorful and bright light. Even if it isn't something I do everyday, but as I'm still learning to use my camera and all of its functions, I try different things to see how they work :) .
