I am using Lightroom 2.7 with Windows 7 and wonder if upgrading to Windows 10 will cause problems with it? What are others experiencing?

Thanks but found out I had to enable aperture ring to get it to work. ---------- Post added 03-12-2014 at 05:14 PM ----------
Thanks. That worked.

When attaching any of my old manual focus lenses to the K3 and then turning it on, the focal length screen fails to appear and "input focal length" is not available in the menu either. These lenses worked fine with my old K20D. Any ideas?

There is no aperture ring as such with the newer auto focus digital only lenses.

Does anyone know what the default f-stop is when you place an old manual teleconverter or close-up ring between a pentax dslr and a newer digital lens? There doesn't appear to be any way to adjust f-stop when this is done. Also, does anyone have experience with a teleconverter such as the Kenko 2x DG and a lens that is just under 100mmm long, such as the Tamron 90mm macro?

Hi from Vermont. I've been a user of Pentax equipment since I bought my first Spotmatic in 1970. I switched to a Nikon Coolpix 8800 compact camera the past 4 years because I love working with digital images. I was waiting for Pentax to come out with a digital SLR that would meeet all my needs and be worth the expense and the K20D is that camera. My old manual lenses work fine in manual but I'd like to purchase a good quality auto focus lens that would stay on the camera most of the time. I take a lot of insect closeups so am leaning toward the Sigma f2.8 17-70. It has a great review in popphoto and close-focuses to 1:1.9 in their tests. I see one reviewer here reported autofocusing problems with this lens so I'd like to hear about other users experiences with it. Ron
