From the one post it seems the lens has a problem with focus. Might just be the one lens shipped to the poster here.

I like this shot also. The subject matter is very good and your framing is also good. With this type of shot, you should walk around shoting as many angles and framing sizes (zooming in or out) as possible. I often take a wide angle like our shot and forget to shot a few close ups of interesting things on the ground or parts of the structure.
Have fun, Louis

Ben,
I also have the 21 Limited. Glad you have a solution to the back focus problem. You select the upper or lower focus sensor. How do you select which one you want to use for each photo session? I would think that selecting the lower sensor would focus in front of the subject and hence the subject would be in correct focus because the "real" focus point would be behind that point?
By the way, really like your work.

Thank-you both for posting your photos. Everything was wonderful, color, style, content, just everything. Is the first photo of the two of you walking into venice? If so, is the fact that you were in costume make it any easier to take pictures of the other people on the street?
Again thanks for letting me travel to Venice from my arm chair!

I like the mood of your picture. Many shots convey information, but far fewer convey the mood of that point in time. Thanks for sharing.

Yes I have seen the same problem with my G5 mac also. In the Adobe format I try to open an image and my PritureSync software opens! I guess I'll just have to wait for Apple to add the Pentax K10D converter or move from Apple software to Lightroom. :D

Really sharp and what a great subject. Very low noise for ISO 1600, good job. What lens did you use?

Lenanen,
Hope you have your DA 21mm by now. Got my lens in last week and have been having a lot of fun with it. I plan on using it for hiking this summer and also around the house for indoor family shots. The pics below are from the DA 21 in our home showing how sparp this lens really is.
Hope you're having fun with the new lens,:D
