Hi
I am getting sick of my old cheap 50mm f1.7 lens on my dslr I want a 50 not a 70..
I am looking for a new 50mm standard lens, must be fast, must be 50mm on a DSLR so what like perhaps maybe a fast 35mm? I want that "eyeball perspective" Must have AF, also fairly cheap (no limiteds). Must like long walks on the beach j/k but it is starting to read like a personal ad?
If anyone could point me in the right direction...
ps would I be right in asuming that the FA 50mm f1.4 would be 70mm on my DSLR?

I bouaght a very cheap AF 240FT flash online. Mostly so I could get some rear curtain functionality on my K100D. I am a poor student, so buying the 360FGZ etc is not an option right now. It works fine and thanks to this forum, I found out that the voltage is compatible, the AF works aswell. However it being TTL and not
P-TTL is causing many problems with exposure. I cant figure out how to set the power or flash compenstation to take shots and still use my bodies meter effectively. When I try to take a motion shot with rear curtain trails, I have to under expose so much that the trail never apears. Increasing distance isnt always an option.
If anyone has had any experience using this setup, anything similar, or just has some tips to for someone starting out with non ttl flash it would be much apreciated.
