Yes Ole, I know that. That is why I said that I'm using, not looking to use. Sorry if my second ever post on this forum sounds condescending, but if you are going to post about something, read the original post. If there are too many trolls on this forum, then I might as well unsubscribe from it. I came looking for a place to share tips with others, beginners and established photographers, not get stupid responses to my posts. I know that you have been here for a while and have many posts, but seriously, read before replying.

OK, so it's thawing now (barely). I live in Timmins Ontario Canada (8 hour drive north from Toronto Ontario. you'll eventually find it) with quick access to nature which i enjoy.
long time Pentax 35mm SLR user. Mainly K1000 and ME Super. Been using a K-50 since August 2014 and LOVING it. Still carry a K1000 as a backup in my camera bag, mainly since all my other lenses are are old film lenses. Using a prime 50mm f1.7 and a few different 70-210 mm f3.5 lenses to great results. Once i start replacing with new lenses, i will have to get another body as a backup, or make my k-50 the backup to a K-5 2s or something else. Switched from film because it's becoming harder and harder to find a reliable developper for film, and scanning the negatives take too long on settings that i'm confortable using, not to mention cleaning dust and scratches in Photoshop.
I personally love taking landscape, nature and still life, but i've been known to also do photoshoots if the money is right... of if my family asks. Still learning to do nighttime photography.
