This is one I've entered in a contest on PhotographyCorner. Used me 35mm SE macro, which is a really great lens.

Been shooting a Canon XSi ... nice camera, easy to use. Didn't feel as solid as my K200D, though. Picked it up again tonight and fell in love all over again.

Guess I'll be putting the Canon up for sale ...

A trend in Restaurants that I don't much like.

My son is currently a waiter, and, by being pleasant and helpful, does quite well with his tips. He NEVER asks if the person wants change, but says (with a smile) "I'll be right back with your change." That lets the patron continue to be in charge of the transaction. I think it's a very nice way of handling the situation, and it certainly seems to work well for him ... the kid's rolling in tip money.

Love #2 ... the perfectly guileless style of a cat ... "I can't be in the way. It's not possible."

(SOLD! Thanks, Tasha.) It's really, REALLY nice, but at my stage of life, it's just more camera than I need.

Body and kit lens about 1.5 months old. Maybe 400 shots.
55-200 bought on this forum. Immaculate.
50mm macro less than 3 weeks old.

Strike while I'm weak ...
