Wow that's it? No higher spec body? I have to say that Pentax has poor timing and even poorer grasp of what it's BASE (us) wants out of them.:mad: It was time really dazzle the photo world and they didn't get it, as usual.:(...oh well back to waiting.

I'd get rid of the 18-250 and the Tamron zoom and get a DA* 50-135 Then upgrade to the K20 then start accumulating limited primes...but that's just me:D
p.s. get a Voigtlander Macro APO-Lanthar 125mm f2.5 for macro work (for sure!)

Thanks for the clarification, well whats the difference other than whats obvious between a Rear Focus and front(?) focus, is the rear focus a better lens or just a newer design and the same thing? also does anyone know if these lenses will work as HSM/SDM with next revision or do the latest ones do?:D

I'm contemplating a Bigma and would like to know whether the "DG" or I assume the film version of this lens is the way to go?
I have a K10 but in the future when(?) FF comes along I'm all over that.
That said is the non digital version as good?:)

Thanks, they have the K10 for$599 with free shipping seems to be the best price I could find (from what appears to a legitamate e-tailer)

I'd like to buy a K10D body from these guys(their online store) but don't know anything about them.
They seem to have a good rating at reseller ratings.com, but I was wondering if anybody had some first hand experience?
