What changes would you like for the K3?

Tilt swivel lcd screen. In certain conditions, I find it much easier to focus using focus peaking than through a viewfinder. Having an LCD screen that tilts and swivels would definitely help with framing the shot.

Currently have DA 70 but would jump ship to FA 77 in a heartbeat if the price is right. Both are great lenses though.

sold my sigma 10-20 and picking up DA 15 this weekend! People ask too many questions when I am walking around with the Sigma because of the size.

Hello,

Joined the forum years ago when I first got my K10D, but I haven't really participated in the forums. Recently upgraded to K-3, and I look forward to participating more in the forums!

Agree. K30/2.8 never leaves my body. The new Sigma 30/1.4 is tempting though.

Does this Adorama K-3 deal look too good to be true?

Helen, while I appreciate you taking your time to answer on forums on a Sunday, I do not appreciate the tone you are taking in your post. Mistake do happen in business and sometimes business own up to it despite costs associated with it. Clearly your company elected not to do so. Whether it is an honest mistake, typo would be considered a big screw up, especially in online retail.

Your initial confirmation with so called Sales Manager added more confusion since he changed his stance shortly afterwards. No need to get defensive about it.

Helen did initially confirm that Sales Director said the pricing is correct. Just a really bad screw-up on Adorama's part. During the whole purchase process, my stance was "good if it goes through, if not I will wait for a better deal". It's disappointing nonetheless given the fact that Adorama thinks that it can just get away with an apology email. I am taking my business elsewhere.

This was on the confirmation email. With references to DA18-135 WR in the title of the product and in description of the product, I don't see how it could constitute as a typographical error. Very disappointed.

Hello,

First of all, welcome to Canada! I am from Vancouver myself, and when I visited Vancouver Island (stayed in Nanaimo and drove down to Victoria on a day trip), I used my K 30mm f/2.8 lens almost exclusively. I had brought a 10-20mm f/4-5.6 as well, but I don't think I once pulled it out of my bag because it was heavy. One time when I was hiking in West Vancouver, I saw a spotted owl, and my F 70-210mm came in very handy. I ran into a black bear cub once too, but I only had my 30mm then. I think you're fairly well covered.
