Fuji releasing more WR PRIME lenses

The thing with WR primes is you have to change them. WR zooms make more sense for the most part.

On the one hand I would love to get my hands on the 21, 35 and 40 limited primes, but on the other hand I live in Scotland.

I have no interest in polo, but those are some excellent action shots. Well framed, great toning, and ... in focus!

The Sigma 15mm F2.8 fisheye is quite small and light. The sharpness and OoF blur aren't amazing, but it does what it says on the tin. It works well for landscapes, for sure, but will need a bit more time and patience for other subjects.

The Pentax K1 Pixel-Shift Vs. the Nikon D810

It sounds like you don't have the right camera. Maybe you should get a different one that works for you in the way you want with the lenses you want.

A Nikon D810, for example. There are plenty of people on PF who would love a near-new K-1.

I just use Darktable and have never considered using Silkypix on Mint. Colour profiling is for people who can afford a monkey.

Some fairly decent sized moth resting near the top of a hill in the West Scottish Highlands. Unfortunately Flickr has muddied some of the details. Shot with the Vivitar 28mm MC Close Focus at 1:5 ratio, though with a fair bit of cropping.

Pentax K-5 with Vivitar 28mm 1:2.8 MC Close Focus. Having not used this lens in a fair while, I'd forgotten just how much sharper it is than all of my zooms. Such a versatile lens on the K-5.

Point And Shoot Competition #100 - Light

Whilst as an idea "Light" might initially seem broad and - dare I say - common, I think therein lies the challenge: to make something that hits the note without copying too closely something done before. This is going to be fun to play with.
