The extra lens looks to me like it has the style of Samsung nx mini lenses, and might be about the right size - would be the extending tube from a black lens in the barrel of a silver lens, which would be easy enough for the manufacturer to do.

C-P/Q adapter - and an additional screw-in adaptor??

Is this just a little larger than C-mount? Diameter over threads maybe ~29mm vs ~25mm? If so, it could be a Bell & Howell Tri-Lens mount, which provided three lenses for 16mm cine in a rotating turret. The longer flange distance allowed for the turret, and makes an adapter for C-mount feasible, while providing infinity focussing.

It saves pictures to micro-SD and/or to phone/tablet.

Can be controlled by phone, tablet, or wrist-watch-style live-view remote, or buttons on the QX.

I usually do setup on mine with a tablet before leaving car, if needed, then typically use buttons on QX while monitoring framing on the LVR - unless I have it up over my head on a stick, or have left it on a Jobi Gorillapod clamped to a fence, and backed away, when I monitor and control with the LVR only (or sometimes with tablet - the big screen view can be REALLY nice).

Fun little bugger, but sometimes hard to keep level. Keeping a monopod, selfie-stick, or mini-tripod screwed into the base helps somewhat with that.
