Great choice. Cards are relatively inexpensive and yes, we don't need the fastest since out cameras can't really do much with this. Cards rarely fail now, so more worried about user error than a failing card. Glad you got the card that suits yours needs.

Before my K1 the Sigma 17-50 was my go to lens for events. Unfortunately I dropped it. If you can get your hands on one you won't regret it.
Good luck.

Here is a link to the Flashpoint Zoom R2: Flashpoint Zoom R2 Manual Flash with Integrated R2 Radio Transceiver FP-LF-SM-Z
Right now they are $59. I've used them for all sorts of events and studio shoots. I like to shoot manual everything. I tried a TTL flash a while back and went back to manual flash in a heartbeat.
Anyways, if you still are interested in going the cactus route, send me a message and I'm sure we could work something out.

If you shoot your flashes in manual mode, then I would invest in the Godox or Flashpoint flashes as they all can talk and control each other. If you decide to expand to more powerful flashes either on of these can control the flashes. I have the Cactus trigger and I haven't used it in 4 or 5 years once I bought into the above flashes. The manual ones cost about $65 (at least they used to) which would put you in the same range of a used Cactus.
In regards to your old flashes they are not compatible with modern cameras and you can damage your camera if you mount them on your hot shoe.
Good luck and let us know how you make out.

Studio session with a wonderful dancer just before Covid-19 changed the US and the world. Later in October I had the honor of photographing her outdoor wedding in October with only 25 people including me.

It really comes down to what you like to shoot and if you want another tool. I really love umbrellas but most people describe umbrellas as light grenades dispersing light everywhere. There will be situations where the light going everywhere can be a problem in your image so a softbox will be helpful in controlling the light. You can also control the umbrella but now you would need some type of flag to block the light from going where you don't want it. I noticed that your particular cheetah softbox has the diffuser over the outside. In my opinion I would prefer one that is attached on the inside leaving a lip of material that helps you direct the light. In the present configuration it will behave a little more like your umbrella. As far as the interior material it really is up to you to try it and see if you like how it looks on your subject. The silver material is more specular meaning it will have more highlights than a white material. Also it seems you don't use a shoot through umbrella but a reflective umbrella which controls the light a little better than a shoot through. I have all three and use them as I see fit. I am not necessarily recommending this one because of the location of the diffusion material but, if you have a little G.A.S. and you want to try something new, go ahead and then study how this is different than your umbrella, conduct a few test shoots and see what you like and if will fit your style of photography. If you hate it sell it on ebay.
