Bought a spotmatic Pentax camera while in New Orleans in back the 70's. Tried it out and thought every picture would be a postcard. Huge disappointment! Took a couple of photography extension courses at a local university and improved but am still learning. Went digital in the 90's and love it. Bought several digital cameras over the years but have returned to Pentax with a K-5. It is a great camera but am not using the features it has. I read the manual but it might as well be in another language and I come from a technical background. Live view, AF button separate from the shutter release, raw and so on. I just turn on the auto and fire away. Most of the pictures are of car shows, grand kids and road trips. I convert many to a dvd and tell a story with music. I have found that I view and share the pictures more this way. I love to tell a story with one picture or many. I have come to the forum to learn. Today, I want to find out how to tune one of my lenses to auto focus more accurately.
