It was working fine and just stopped. Cleaned contacts on lens and camera. I have a battery grip and both were/are fully charged.

No focus limiter.

I have a K-1 and K-3. My Pentax DA 300mm stopped autofocusing properly on the K-1 but works on the K-3. My other lenses work properly on the K-1. It will autofocus from about 75 feet to infinity but no closer. Suggestions?

I have a K-3 not a K-3ii which they say is the first with GPS. However, my K-3 has GPS and Astrotracer and the pop up flash. I can find nothing anywhere that says the K-3 should have this. Has anyone else seen this?

How far were you from the flybys? I am going to see them at the end of October and am trying to decide which lens between Sigma 17-50 2.8, Pentax 55-300 4-5.8 and Tamron 70-200 2.8. I will be front row center at a small airport. I also have a 1.4 teleconverter.

Just getting back into photography after many, many years. I did a LOT of research before settling on a camera/lens package and did a lot of lurking and listening on here after I was pretty sure I had made up my mind. My friends all have either Nikon or Canon but when I started reading specs etc the K3 was above all of them until you got to the D750. So I got a K3 and a Sigma 17-50mm and a Pentax 55-300mm. Other lens will be added but here I go. Love this forum.
