Long time since I've been on here. But I figured since I only shoot on K lenses, I might as well join the club.

Here's a few samples of mine.

Full frame, mirrorless, uncrippled K-Mount with a global shutter that shoots 1080p at 120fps and 4K at 60fps all at 200mbps. Hell, I’d even take an S35 sized sensor that shoots those video specs.

You might be able to find a Yashica Minister D for that price. I had one for a little bit, I liked it but eventually gave it to my uncle.

One of these days I’ll join this club. But ever since receiving my new-to-me *ist DS, I haven’t had the chance to break it out because of work. This thread, along with some friends who think that in order to take great pictures, you need the latest and greatest FF cameras are what caused me to buy one of these fine 6 megapickle beauties.

I also have a focusingscreen . com splitprism screen on the way to help with focusing all my old lenses. Surely can’t wait.

Lightroom Woes

Well, I did some testing and found out that using either the "Natural" or "Bright" custom image yields the closest between the back LCD and Lightroom. So it looks like I'll stick to using either one of those. Highlight correction did absolutely nothing to the highlights in the RAW files on Lightroom. No exposure compensation was used during testing either.

I want to say thanks to everyone who helped out. I really appreciate it!!

Testing as follows:
Setup up tripod, set exposure, take picture with different custom images and with/without highlight correction.
At the end, I did a factory reset, set the WB to match the rest of the pictures, then took another pic.

Lens used was the K24 f/2.8

All pictures were taken at ISO200, f/5.6, and 1/800th. Calculated using Sunny 16 and then "overexposed" by 1 stop for some shadow detail. WB was custom set to 5500K.

K1000, M28 f/2.8, Fujifilm X-TRA 400. Was trying to induce some lens flaring on the first one, but apparently the M28 didn't want to.

Anyone have any recommendations on good colour film? The Fuji is cheap, which is nice, but I'm not particularly fond of the colours.

Took this one with the K50 and a Takumar (Bayonet) 135 f/2.5, which is an absolute beauty of a lens.

The DA21 is definitely a fantastic lens and has a lot going for it, but I think I would rather have the DA15 instead as it's longer (physical dimensions), which gives me a little bit more to hold on to. But I would still have the kit I named as all of them would be usable if I decide to step up to FF.
