Hi,
I bought a Pentax Spotmatic SLR and was going to start shooting with it. I also have some m42 lenses to shoot with it, But a couple of them (non Pentax) have some screws that the threads have been worn. Now to replace hard to find screws that are very small (unfortunately they are not common Pentax makes) what is my best bet? I checked ebay to look for repair-as is models to use for the parts but they are not common.
I attached a picture.
Would anyone recommend going to a watchmaker? Do any of the camera manufacturers themselves keep extra screws from the years of their production?
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks!
