Hello, I am new to the forum and have a question. I just got a copy of Asahi Pentax Super-Takumar 50mm f/1.4 Lens from ebay (item number 131552823106). Unfortunately I was unaware that some of the Super-Takumar can be radioactive and came across of this information by accident. After reading the forums I learned that the serial number can tell what version of the lens I got. Mine is 4097698. the seller advertised this lens as a 8 elements version, is this true? Based on the serial I afraid I got 7 elements radioactive version. Please let me know - I really appreciate your help.
