Thank you everyone, I will pass this deal and will wait for something with a bit less mileage to pop up! :)

I had been looking to upgrade from K-7 for a while, and stumbled upon this option. Shutter count: 64 000. Would you still consider this a good deal or should I explore other options?
I am planning to go to Canadian Rockies in 6 months, hence the change would be beneficial I guess?

Thank you everyone for your comments! You all have been very helpful!
I guess I will take all glass with me and see into possibilities of getting 55-300 :)
Also, will have to discuss with my better half on a trip plan!
The only absolute must is to visit Vancouver Island for at least 5 days, prior to flying back to Lithuania. The rest of time is totally arbitrary :)

Dear all,
we will be travelling from Calgary to Vancouver Island in July, visiting (at least) Banf National Park, Jasper National Park, Okanagan Valley and Vancouver Island coast. Not much in-town, mostly nature, by car and with kids (hence no serious hiking).
I currently have:
Pentax K-7
Ricoh GR
15/4.0
35/2.4
50/1.8
70/2.4
50-135/2.8
ND64
My question would be - what should I take with me? Should I get other lenses (cameras) for such a trip?
Will appreciate all your comments and hints (both regarding the gear and, if possible, worth-to-visit sights)! :)
Sincerely,
Tomas

Thank you everyone for your comments! It is quite clear the direction that I should be heading I guess. Will look for K-3 or similar, and will later look at GR. I sort of feel that K-3+70/2.4 and GR would be an amazing and very un-intimidating combo when shooting streets and people in them.

Dear all,
I am with Pentax for 5+ years now, use K-7 with 15/4, 35/2.4, 70/2.4 and 50-135/2.8.
While all these lenses pretty much cover my shooting, I got my eyes on Ricoh GR (from reading/watching reviews and pictures). I suspect it would be my everyday camera (as K-7 sees less and less of use). My local store has Ricoh GR at 499 EUR. Would you consider this to be a good deal?
Or should I just upgrade the current body to, say, K-3?

Terre,
wonderful! Wish it was longer, maybe capturing dawn as well.

Apparently guys at the shop felt a mistake made, and when I showed up for purchase, gift certificate was gone, from the site as well.
So much for a try...
I actually would've bought K-S1 just for the sake of renewing camera body essentially for free (would try to sell K-7 for at least €150), despite the ugly shutter sound.
Now the obstacles are gone to go all the way and purchase K-3, which looks like a better option than the newer K-3II (with all its issues as of late).
Thank you for all your advises!

Hi everyone.
I had been a Pentax owner for 5 years now, having K-7 and a few lens: 15/4, 35/2.4, 70/2.4, and 50-135/2.8. Not to mention M50/1.7 and 18-55.
I had been considering replacing my K-7 with some newer body, such as K-3 or K-S2, but the deal in local shop came up that seems hard to pass by, pushing plans for moee serious body to a later stage.
My question is - would it be worth to replace K-7 with K-S1? I am mostly shooting kids, hence high ISO and AF are important. Other areas are nature and street photography.
I would appreciate your comments on such move.
