I have the Super and it works well for me BUT:
- The interface is kind of clumsy, with only push buttons.
- You have to push button to unlock the head change the angle (1 button for swivel and a second for bounce). No need to do that with the 360.
- It has a plastic mount, as the 360 I think...
If you need the power and the swiveling head, go for the Super. If not, than I think the 360 is a "better" flash to handle, even with less features.

Hi,
The Super does have an AF assist lamp but there is not way to turn it off, if it's what you want to do.
Sorry, I don't know about the stroboscopic effect on the ST.
