How do you clean your optics?

I use UV filters so I never need to clean the front elements but when I first get them used (can't afford new) I blow it off with a blower, then take a slightly dampened with food grade ethanol (95%) cotton swab, bend it at aright angle so I can wipe with the side of it start in the center and clean in a spiral one time, then do the same with the other side of the swab, then a dry swab, repeat as needed.
some streaks remain so I heat up a mug of water until it steams hold the lens over it for a moment then wipe that off in straight lines with a cotton swab.
breathing on the lens adds organics that fungus can feed on (esp if a filter is kept on) that's why I use a mug of water.

Anyone used "Strong" UV filters (2A, 2E) to mitigate purple fringing?

It looked like fringing on here:
This is what I was going off of UV 2A filter makes purple fringing go away: thank you Anders W!: Micro Four Thirds Talk Forum: Digital Photography Review

But it is definitely micro 4/3, maybe they have a weaker IR filter?

Needed advice for cleaning

The sensor cleaning mode bought me another couple of weeks then the dust stuck on again.

I have a Koh Global Hepa Jet, it filters the air so it can't blow dust back into the camera.
I've cleaned my sensor and mirror twice so far without having to touch it with anything.

the strangest thing I've had is if I'm focusing too hard for too long, my eyes will dart left and right a very fast a couple of times on there own.
