Some slight specks inside the lens, typical for agebut nothing that has any affect on the quality of shots. Rugged and versatile this is great addition to any K mount camera kit. With a maximum aperture of f/1.7, this Pentax A lens provides great contrast and sharp colors. 49 mm filter of this SMC lens ensures perfect light transmission, producing bright pictures. This Pentax A lens, with a horizontal 40 degrees FOV, captures a wide area without distortion. Having a 6 blade diaphragm, even the out-of-focus objects look clearer with this camera lens. With minimum focusing distance of 45 cm, the Pentax SMC lens gives amazing close-ups.
