You might want to try calling Tempe camera. I'm not sure if they carry any Pentax gear in store, but they are an authorized dealer.

I regularly attend photo classes here in the area and the launch of the K-1 has definitely increased awareness about the brand, so I'd speculate that you'd be able to find the K-1 in at least one local store.
