Given the lack of evidence of film being used (the facebook post with this photo implies that some PP was done), that would by my guess. But there isn't much to go on beyond the short duration of the exposure.

Why not ask the photographer directly? There's a link to her facebook page on the page you linked, which in turn will let you send an e-mail. Some other photos were taken with the Canon 5D III and Hasselblad X1D (though the latter wasn't out when this photo was taken).
