M40 f/2.8 bokeh, on a K10D. No idea of the aperture, sorry! SOOC, couldn't look through the viewfinder (too low), so the composition (such as it is) is just lucky.

This is part of a 14-image series of butterfly photos taken between 2018-07-06 and 2018-08-02. All were with the K-1 and DA*300; 9 of them were taken within the space of an hour, in an area about 240x80m, and are of 8 different species, with a couple more species being taken in the same area during the next few weeks. The rest were at various times and places in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Surrey.
Rather than spam a single thread with all 14 images, I thought it would be fun to post them in different threads and provide a link from one to the next. Follow the links to threads you might otherwise never have looked at!
