I'm not. I get the impression that it's interns, not engineers, who've written it. Moreover, ones who have a lot of other stuff to do, no support from UI/UX specialists, and certainly no opportunity to do beta-testing with real users. Bugs do happen, but design flaws like the ones in Image Sync require a significant lack of interest or resource on the part of Ricoh.

Just downloaded and tried 2.0.0 for iOS. I don't think Ricoh test their apps.- In Settings, the User Guide option takes you to the Ricoh web site. But you're connected to the camera. So it's inaccessible.
- When I rotate my iPad the Live View image now rotates too, along with the rest of the UI. Rotate the camera to portrait mode? Nope, now the on-screen LV image is sideways...
C'mon Ricoh, at least try to look serious about this. Bugs one user can find in two minutes really shouldn't be making it out the door, not even in version x.0.0, especially if x>1...
