Really really love your portraiture Chris.
I see that for some shots in your portfolio you are using HSS.
For example :

While I appreciate that the setup for each photo will be different, I presume that you are using the FGZ540's - if so , do you typically shoot on camera with optical trigger or are you using a trigger system for off camera and HSS?
