Thank you. Shot from a pier that goes out in to Lake Washington at a park not so far from home. I often see people fishing but no birder ;) I feel so lucky to see many of these awesome birds this year.

I don't think so. We have clear blue sky this morning :) The moon picture is from Feb. I've been trying not to go out except for the essentials since March. But shooting bald eagles is essential, no? :D

Thank you so much for your input. I love the DA300 I hope Ricoh will update with the modern SDM and rounded blades. I use it for flowers and occasional landscapes and nightscapes too :)

There's an unusual number of bald eagles in our area this year. Its hard to believe the population grew so much in a year. May be its the global warming thing :hmm: Most of my eagle shots are heavily cropped but this one flew by pretty close. I don't know the technical way to express the crop, but picture number 4 is cropped from 6016 to 4810 pixels on the long side. And thank you for the kind words :)
