The view finder on the K-1 does awesome with the 85mm, really, I am like this for sure. Can't wait to do some portraits with it. Will try and do some this coming week and thanks for letting me know abou the Samyang lens club thread.

Ok, decided to go try the lens just down the road from where I live. No noise reduction or cropping only lightened them up a tad. No color manipulation or anything else, handheld no tripod. I am impressed.

The next two photos are
1. f/11 1/200
2. f/2.8 1/25 (the mirror had a film over it and I just did not have time to wash it :) also in a hall way with no light except for the back light behind me coming through the window and the front door window to my left)

Walked out the front door with my K1 and my new Rokinon 85mm f/1.4 that I just got from the mail lady and took these first photos with it to see if it would work and do well. I have not had a chance to play with it but think it will do well for me. These are straight out of the camera no processing or adjustments made all shots hand held. I have now three lenses for my K1 - 24-70mm f/2.8, 15-30mm f/2.8 and this Rokinon 85mm f/1.4. Here are the first seven shots just to see if I needed to send it back. Think I will keep it.
1. f/5.6 1/400
2. f/2.8 1/1600
3. f/11 1/250
4. f/11 1/100
5. f/5.6 1/500
