That is a lovely picture. It's likely Sweet Rocket (or Dames Rocket) Hesperis Matronalis. It also makes a decent backdrop. The swallowtails love it. (Butterfly picture taken years ago with my Fuji F20.)

One day flower by Marko Jankovic, on Flickr
The blue one opens late in the morning, closes and dies before 15h. I could get high just looking at this blue. I would like to know the species. Royal Ensign Dwarf Morning Glory. Convulvulus Tricolor Minor. A non-climbing relative of the morning glory, used as a border or container plant. Usually grown from seed, but sometimes found as a started annual plant in the spring.

Inspired by the squirrels and birds the insects have decided to try to produce bokeh. The bumblebee tried, but he was just too easily distracted by lunch to give it his full attention. Flies apparently are better at multitasking.

Finally starting to get the hang of the D FA 100 f2.8 wr. It doesn't seem to be capable of bad bokeh, even when I mess up with the subject.

I've noticed that with mine. I think in my case it has to do with downsizing. Back in the day, the program I used for post processing allowed me to downsize, then lightly sharpen before uploading. Picasa downsizes when exporting, so I can't sharpen after downsizing unless I export to another processing program.
I like your flowers with bees, especially the one with the flopped down petal. I'm really looking forward to shooting bees myself if it ever warms up here.

I'm still trying to learn to use the DFA macro 100mm f2.8 WR. One of the things that keeps me trying is the remarkable and varied macro it's capable of producing.
