Most of these are essentially asking for the pz-1p interface, which has fewer buttons but works very well for me, plus some simplifications that assume raw stills shooting
- jpeg engine with so many options and effects
- video (saves buttons, probably simpler circuit board?)
- live view (really, I prefer digital preview to check exposure)
- large back screen (small one would be fine to check focus and exposure)
- dpad and file management (one playback button and scroll with control wheel instead)
- headphone and hdmi out
- gps and/or built-in flash (but hotshoe is a must and pc sync is nice)
- mode dial (just press a button and use scroll wheel, works well for pz-1p)
This assuming af-c, hyper P, continuous shooting, two cards, and Illuminated top lcd.

For the k3ii successor I'd like faster card writes and (slightly) larger coverage area of af points :) This assuming the usual sensor update to whatever the current one is from kp/k70/maybe something slightly newer, although even the current one is just fine imo
